Refund Policy

This policy applies to Vocabinet Pro unless mandatory law or checkout terms shown at purchase provide stronger rights.

Cancellation

You can cancel before the next renewal date through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law or checkout terms, cancellation does not retroactively refund the current billing period.

Refunds we generally review

duplicate charges
charges made after a successful timely cancellation
unauthorized or fraudulent charges
technical failures that materially prevented activation or use of Pro

Refunds we generally do not provide

partial-period refunds after ordinary cancellation
refunds for unused time in an active billing period
refunds where access was available but not used

How to request review

Submit refund requests to Yuanyuan Tang at kaola251@gmail.com. Include enough information to identify the transaction, such as the receipt email, transaction reference, purchase date, and a short description of the issue.
