Refund Policy

14-day refund window
You can request a refund within 14 days after a Vocabinet Pro subscription charge. If the request is submitted within that window, Vocabinet will refund the charge unless the request is connected to fraud, abuse, a payment dispute already filed with the card provider, or a legal restriction that prevents the refund.
Cancellation
You can cancel before the next renewal date through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Cancellation by itself does not automatically refund the current billing period, but you can still request a refund if the charge is within the 14-day refund window or another refund reason below applies.
Other refund reasons
- duplicate charges
- charges made after a successful timely cancellation
- unauthorized or fraudulent charges
- technical failures that materially prevented activation or use of Pro
Refund limits
- refunds are normally returned to the original payment method
- refund processing time depends on Stripe, banks, and card networks
- refund requests may be declined for fraud, abuse, or duplicate dispute handling
How to request a refund
Submit refund requests to Yuanyuan Tang at kaola251@gmail.com. Include enough information to identify the transaction, such as the receipt email, transaction reference, purchase date, and a short description of the issue.
